Important legal information
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
CodeSwiftr provides analysis reports as informational guidance. We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
You agree to indemnify CodeSwiftr against claims arising from your use of our services, your code, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
