Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Interview Simulator or any CodeSwiftr services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Interview Simulator to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe our systems. Automated access or bulk data extraction without written permission is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any audio recordings or content you submit. CodeSwiftr retains ownership of all reports, AI-generated feedback, analysis methods, software, and proprietary technology. Our trademarks and branding may not be used without prior written consent.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Limitation of Liability
CodeSwiftr provides Interview Simulator as-is and makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated feedback. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeSwiftr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
