By creating an account or using CodeSwiftr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

CodeSwiftr is not a career counseling, recruiting, or professional advisory service.
You retain ownership of all code, text, and other content you submit during interview sessions ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant CodeSwiftr a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service (generating feedback, storing session history).
We do not use Your Content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how third-party AI providers handle your data.
You agree not to:
CodeSwiftr owns all rights to the platform, UI, branding, interview question sets, and scoring algorithms. The AI-generated feedback provided to you is licensed for your personal use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeSwiftr's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your interview data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
